Your Yogaramics workshop is a rejuvenating and fun day mixing the benefits of yoga and stretching with mindful working with clay. The day starts at 10 am with a morning session of stretching, yoga movements and relaxation techniques with Carol Conway. Carol will deliver invaluable pointers and insights into how breathing and posture can help us face the daily challenges of life . We will explore our thinking habits and patterns, the impact of where we choose to focus and other elements of applied positive psychology that can improve lives.
The afternoon is spent learning to make plates and tiles with potter Elaine Fallon. The theme of the workshop is botanical and Elaine will teach you how to print with foliage into the clay. All participants will receive a fully finished ceramic artwork after the workshop.
